ART CONDOMINIUM now being built at the site.

This space was used as an auto shop for 40 years. Walls were badly damages, floors were impregnated with grease. Work done included demolition of walls, removal of machinery, sandblasting of floors and beamwork, degreasing, repair and painting of drywall surfaces, cleaning/recaulking windows, pressure washing and epoxy glazing of floors.
