Client: M. Sterling
This was an open-air backyard porch that the client wanted enclosed and turned into useable living space. Work done included rough framing, installing sliding doors and windows, a skylight, soffit and eaves trough. Interior included insulation, wiring, recessed lighting fixtures, insulation, drywall and finish trim. Beautifully clad in #1 T&G cedar boards.

This project involved the rebuilding/restoration of a 110 year old front porch. This was an open air porch and the original brick posts were collapsing. The client and I redesigned the porch to try to maintain the original character and charm of the house. I was able to source 100 year old leaded glass windows and incorporated them into the design. I also did the landscaping and complete repainting of the exterior of the building.
